Have a github bot account comment inside a bountied issue to inform about open bounty

If I add an open issue from a random github project to the lightning-bounty webpage, it would be nice if a lighting-bounty bot informs visitors of that issue that a bounty has been opened and sats are for grabs if they resolve the issue. I'm not sure though about github restrictions on random accounts commenting in other users repositories...

hello @SouthKoreaLN , you can use BountyHub for that. it has a bot that comments on any repository.
