Add bin_map command

Was wondering if you can add the bin_map (or equivalent name) command to allow one to provide bin details as a mapping file rather than a set of files in a folder. I had previously generated a pull request with this feature. #84 If you need me to update to the most recent commit, I would be happy to do so.
