I'd like to work on this issue.

Implementation plan:

• Create a standardized Soroban rule execution pipeline under src/pipeline/stellar/.

• Define clear execution stages such as:

  • Context Initialization
  • Rule Discovery
  • Rule Validation
  • Rule Execution
  • Result Aggregation
  • Report Generation

• Implement rule chaining so outputs from one stage can be consumed by subsequent stages when required.

• Add configurable failure handling strategies (fail-fast and continue-on-error).

• Standardize execution context and result formats across all Soroban analyzers.

• Integrate existing Soroban rules into the new pipeline with minimal disruption.

• Add unit and integration tests covering successful execution, chained execution, and failure scenarios.

ETA: 4–6 hours.

I have experience designing modular execution pipelines and analysis frameworks, and I can deliver a clean, extensible implementation that satisfies all acceptance criteria.
