Per https://github.com/LuteOrg/lute-v3/issues/470, currently the default is 250, some users might always want something longer. Sort of nice-to-have, but hey, why not. Work scope: - add setting with default - add to UI - refer to setting when creating a new book - might need a db rebaseline, not sure
