Description

A modal containing a textbox currently closes unexpectedly when releasing the mouse outside after selecting text. The modal then closes as if the user clicked outside it to close it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a modal containing a Textbox.
2. Click and drag to select text within the Textbox.
3. Release the mouse button outside the modal area.

Expected behavior

The modal remains open.
