Activation Error (Hacktivation)

All, I'm trying to activate an iPhone 2G, can't do so as I don't have an active SIM card that is compatible with the phone.

I have already done a restore and jailbreak but I get this error when trying activation:

• For iPhone 4 and older devices, make sure to have a valid SIM card.
• For hacktivation, go to "Restore/Downgrade" or "Hacktivate Device" instead.
  Activation server reports errors.
  Activation Error
• If it returns an error, just try again.

I also don't have the option in the "Restore/Downgrade" as suggested...

Main Menu > Restore/Downgrade

• Select "Other (Custom IPSW)" to restore to other iOS versions (2.0 to 3.1.2) (1.x will not work)

IPSW Downloader
-> Go Back

Any help would be appreciated.

Restore/Downgrade -> Latest iOS (3.1.3) -> Start Restore -> Yes on Jailbreak Option -> Yes on Hacktivate Option
