Building non-Qt 2GiveCoind daemon on OS X 10.8

Okay first issue up is the makefile.osx is choking on lvm-g++ command not found

I think we should either add or split the 2GiveCoin-qt.pro file into a 32 and a 64 bit version, or add in the right defines and checks so that we can still produce / calibrate on the 10.6 build server so that we don't break that de minimus build ability.
