Create mockups for CRUD operations and flag activation toggle.

* Use tools(Figma) to create mockups for the feature flag dashboard.
* Ensure the design aligns with a minimalistic, lightweight approach.

Please save the completed UI in the **same path as the mockup UI** and upload a PR. 
And upload a screenshot of the completed UI along with the PR so that we can check it quickly.
