- Add a new script "reinstall" in package.json to streamline the reinstallation process of dependencies.

- Bump Vitest version from ^3.0.5 to ^4.1.9 for improved features and performance.

* 🔧 fix: Update scrollbar-gutter utility class in ConfigPage component

- Changed the scrollbar-gutter utility class from `[scrollbar-gutter:stable]` to `scrollbar-gutter-stable` for improved consistency and adherence to Tailwind CSS conventions.
