Copmatible with TojiKitten's randomizer?

TojiKitten has his own which seems to do different things, but is it possible to combine or hack a rom after it's been modified by the other project? Stuff like using his mod, but with some of the added stuff from this one like his randomized linear story mission setup but with ironman and movement abilities from yours?

I have never even seen TojiKitten's randomizer, but as long as you update the freespace definition so it doesn't clash with whatever the randomizer does, I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to use them both.
