We are going to replace the current header.

And we are going to introduce the following one.

Things to take into consideration:

Ask for any artwork (colors, etc...)
You can find icons at flat icons (we got license for that)
Fork this project and create a PR against next-v2 Branch
If we clicking on settings it should display the verb settings.

Definition of done:

The header is visible in both mobile and desktop.
The old header has been removed.
When the user clicks on settings it navigates to the settings dialog.
The former settings dialog has been removed.
