[BUG] Push and Edit Buttons Not Appearing After Submit Button Click

Description

After clicking the submit button, the push and edit buttons fail to appear in the UI. This prevents users from performing subsequent actions that should be available after submission.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the page/form containing the submit button
2. Fill in any required fields
3. Click the submit button
4. Observe that push and edit buttons do not appear

Expected Behavior

After clicking submit, the push and edit buttons should appear, allowing users to:

• Push changes
• Edit the submitted content

Actual Behavior

The push and edit buttons do not appear after clicking the submit button, leaving users unable to perform these actions.
