Handcars are parkable at stations upon relog (Originally: Handcar seat duplication) #538

Description

If you park a handcar at a station, then disassemble it, you can break the seat, then wrench the handcar, and you'll have a free seat! Here's a video of this: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1abfdf45-f217-4c33-8d14-a828ae2f7984

This duplication bug is easily repeatable, but for some reason I can only park the handcar at the station if the handcar is placed before I join the world, if I place the handcar, I'm unable to 'hold space to approach Track Station', pressing space does nothing, I'm only able to do that if the handcar was placed on the track when I logged in, or if I log out and back in, but that's a separate issue I'm too lazy to make...

I'm on Minecraft 1.20.1 with Fabric and the latest version of all mods. Create 0.5.1-j-build.1631+mc1.20.1 and Steam N Rails 1.6.9+fabric-mc1.20.1

Looks like the actual issue here is handcars being parkable on relog. Handcars shouldn't be parkable at all
