[FEATURE/REFACTOR] Use background activity to improve UX (and remove some crashes)

Describe the feature

It uses background activity to remove crashes when adding a widget that has options. His would be a huge upgrade, though it uses more battery. For the battery conservers, it could be just an option

Why would it be useful to add?

As I said previously, it improves UX and (I hope) removes crashes when adding widgets with options

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

Such feature always exists in default launchers, that probably have background activity and can get more performance
