在低版本浏览器或者平板，文字弹窗速度慢，高亮下划线，删除线功能失效，平板自带的浏览器有问题，下载edge高亮下划线删除线功能可以用，文字弹窗问题还在

触屏端点击文本会弹窗2次，批注数据错乱

我无法复现这个问题
是否这么个过程，选择文字工具，点击页面插入文字，弹窗 2 次？
还是说前面已经有文字插入过
