UX: Opening and closing class="el-aside" on mobile is very difficult #291

Description

@uxandyphil

Describe the bug
When I am on desktop, it's very easy to see my transaction history class="el-aside". However, on mobile, opening and closing this is very difficult because the hit state is very small and once it's open it's very hard to close.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://clove.lamden.io/
  2. Click on the arrow pointing up that is anchored to the bottom of the page
  3. View your transaction history
  4. Try to close your transaction history

Expected behavior

  1. An easy way to open and close my transaction history to see where I am in the process
  2. Right now I have a difficult time opening it because the small hit state
  3. Right now I have a difficult time closing it because I can't find it and need to scroll (it doesn't anchor)
  4. Also, how do users even know what this is and what it does without selecting it?
