Motion polish on the homepage (dogfood pass). Tightens over-slow scroll reveals and the wiring animation to a snappier, more premium feel.

  • .rev / .fade-up / .pbeat / .cmsg reveal transitions: ~0.8-1.0s -> ~0.45-0.55s
  • tWireIn 1.4s -> 0.8s; wire-draw easing -> cubic-bezier(.16,1,.3,1)

Site-only change (docs/index.html). No engine/test impact.

…od pass)

Ran ux-skill's own linter on the landing page (scored 19). Fixed the genuine motion findings:
- reveal / fade-up / pbeat / cmsg transitions tightened to ~0.45-0.55s
- wire-draw easing changed from Material default to a premium ease-out
- turn-wiring entrance shortened to 0.8s
Score 19 to 28. The rest are defensible (dynamic --len animation vars, intentional cinematic glow/bob, a scroll-lock that needs passive:false) and are linter false-positives to tune, not site slop.
