Reduce data-update time and/or add an option for background-updates

Compared to the "Steam Wishlist Discount Notifier", it currently takes a lot of time to fetch all the information for the different wishlists and items on the wishlist. When I click on the icon in the sidebar, it sometimes takes a long time till the data is shown. Maybe there is a way to speed up the process or to add an option to select a certain time of the day to auto-update the information in the background while Playnite is running.
