Recorded input not coming through after KD

Test

1. Open Rev 2, then start training mode with Sol, then pause the game
2. Run the program as administrator, make sure it starts up and displays the correct dummy
3. Test input "6,2,!3H"
4. Switch to game, and KD Sol

Expected Result:

Sol uses DP on wakeup

Actual Result:

Nothing happens

Note:

The strange thing is, the recording part of the program is working just fine, I can trigger it with the game's "Play recording" button without issues, it just doesn't trigger on wakeup. This is confusing because until recently it worked for me.

A little update here:

It seems to have fixed itself somehow, although I can't say what did it. The only thing that comes to mind is I tried running the game in Win7 compatibility mode to see if anything changes. When I changed it back, the wakeup-tool worked again.
But I can't confirm for sure this was what it fixed.
