Add a dry run for AWS system.py. It should be using handles (see Make genericx86 dynamic system equivalent to legacy #454) since it needs to also work with AMG or laghos.
Do we need anything from software.yaml? --- looks like at the very least default-compiler and default-mpi.
Do we need anything from compilers.yaml? maybe not
Do we need anything from packages.yaml? maybe not
We can ask Daryl to test next week.
