Error building palace

Everything beside palace went smoothly thanks to your detailed explanation
However building Palace.
I encounter this message below, and does not build binary file.

I have tried using spark as well, but it didn't go well due to osx-64 setting I have done previously.

could you share with me the output of your history with the commands relevant to the palace installation effort?
