Description
Followed your directions exactly, installed Node.js on Windows 10, using Powershell(Admin).
Installed csmm-cli, after being unable to because I was unable to run scripts at first so I "Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Bypass"
I was able to set config properly.
It is a fresh install of Fitgirl repack w/all DLCs. I opened the game and started a city so Appdata would populate.
Comfortable with everything to this point.
When I try to install Timboh's collection, I get this:

and I was lost.
I got the same when I tried to install a single mod through steam workshop.
I have a VPN, if that info is needed.
I went ahead and copied my mods and assets normally without csmm-CLI but I would like to use it for adding collections which is much easier than doing them all individually.
But now the game won't even run, just a spinning windows cursor.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I will try anything suggested and can provide more info if requested.
