User modal template for clicking hyperlinked usernames #376
Description
Usernames are displayed in many places, and it's sometimes difficult to tell who they actually are. In these places we should have a modal template (similar to EVE audit modal) that we click on, and it will display information about the user (general information, eve online connector, discord connector)
