Update analysis-kotlin-symbols past Kotlin Commit e0bf708

Describe the bug
analysis-kotlin-symbols is bundling a version of compiler/cli/src/com/intellij/util/lang/JavaVersion.java that doesn't include commit e0bf708, which is causing issues for some of our clients.
(I am not certain whether the related crash could be hit, but internal tools are being used to verify that no old version of this file exist, afaict.)

Please update the version of at least that bundled file, if not the full compiler version.
