Using the Sample App(s) - can't add new Entity #160

Testing the Sample Apps - starting with the React.Net6.

Create a new Employee:

Does include photo path (copied from another employee in the dataset)

Results in this error:

Tried to add new product too and got errors around foreign key constraints too
