There are no automated tests calling the static vtkMapper Coincident Topology API functions, like vtkMapper.setResolveCoincidentTopologyPolygonOffsetParameters

Motivation and Detailed Description

This PR attmpted to add tests, but there are was unresolve sideffects in other tests:
