[VSCode][Feature] Use correct default model

Use the same default model logic as CLI/Roo-based extension (currently it's hardcoded kilo/auto)

Actually i think we dont need this. We load this from the settings from the backend, and the backend has this logic. keeping open so we make sure we do verify this at some point
