[FEATURE]: Inline auto-approval for tools

Describe the enhancement you want to request

When a permission is set to ask, we should support prompt the user to allow, always allow, or reject the action. Auto-approval behavior works like CLI does, for now.

I think auto-approval will just work, the manual approval is a popup atm (create a file called .env, and ask it to read it to test)
