After updating to the December 2025 update package on my Pixel 9 Pro XL, the replaced app icons are smaller than the original icons. I've tried using multiple icon packs, but the problem persists. Hopefully, this can be fixed.

Furthermore, when attempting to resize the text icon, an icon became missing.

I've never seen this happen before, it looks like the configuration has somehow been read incorrectly. Can you try making a backup, clearing the data for PLM and restoring the backup?

I've tried restoring from historical backups and creating new backups, but neither worked. I also tried reinstalling the app, and I've tested every version after 2.6.6, all with the same result.

And you definitely cleared the data during reinstalling? That'd be the important bit to make sure it reloads the right config.

You could also try resetting everything in the advanced settings. If that doesn't work there's nothing I can really do since none of my devices have this issue.

Yes, I have followed your instructions and repeated the steps, and the result is the same. Furthermore, it displays normally on my unupdated Pixel 6 Pro. I also tried adjusting the icon size in the settings; you can see the screenshots I sent. After adjusting the size, the icons appear to be fixed in place, but their positions are enlarged, and there's a kind of overlay layer visible. I believe this issue is caused by the 20251205 update.

I have the same icon issue with this December update; custom icons always become smaller.

Same issue on the latest December patch for the Pixel 7 Pro. The Pixel Launcher version is 16.

Same issues here with PixelOS 16 QPR 2. The Pixel Launcher version is 16, custom theme homescreen icons are a lot smaller than normal
