Webhook delivery stopped around April 9th ?

Hi,
I noticed that webhook deliveries to my endpoint seem to have stopped sometime around April 9th.

Before that date, everything was working fine, and I was receiving events. I've double-checked my webhook URL in the Kick developer settings, and it looks correct and is enabled.

My endpoint is up and running, waiting for requests (tested it).

Is anyone else seeing issues with webhook deliveries since around April 9th, or is there potentially an issue on the API side?

My chat ones stopped working last night follow subscription still works just not chat.message.sent

Also unable to get chat message webhooks to hit my endpoint, able to send a POST request to the endpoint and receive no worries, but getting no events from Kick

About the chat.message.sent event:
It looks like the event is being delivered for some streams but not for others.
This is just an observation, but the difference might be related to chat activity — streams with low activity seem to receive the event, while high activity ones don’t.

I haven’t checked other event types yet

Yesterday (10th) webhook events did not work at all, I was checking "chat.message.sent" in the chat with very low activity. Then message events started to come to my server with huge delay (hours) and in mixed order.

Today event delivery works ok for me, I receive "chat.message.sent" on my server instantly. I have not tested in chats with high activity.

Thanks for the response - I've actually already done that though, and when I make a request to Get Events Subscriptions the event names that come back are all of the ones I've subscribed to. So I've verified that the subscriptions have been added on Kick's side. But still no webhooks come through for me.

Yeah they just get hella delayed at times it seems. It seems like start of day (EST) they work great then we get to prime time then they get delayed by anywhere from 10 minutes to 12 hours.

Hopefully they get a fix worked out for this or an official websocket method .

I love the webhooks but for chat I don't think it's gonna keep up ever once it has to send that many webhooks for chat on streams like Adin, Xqc and Train if any of them go live (and have a bot that has subscriptions to these webhooks) it will delayed everyone else alot. For follow, subs, follows and hopefully hosts soon webhooks are perfect chat i don't think so

Regarding WebSocket support, it is on our roadmap; however, we have not yet finalized a timeline for its implementation.

Just attempted subscribing to my channel's chat event, in an environment that has worked fine previously. Can see my subscription listed when retrieving /events/subscriptions however Kick still doesn't seem to be sending the events through. I'm also able to POST my webhook endpoint and receive events, so I don't believe there is any fault on my side.

The other day I was receiving webhooks no problem, but today none at all despite being properly subscribed etc. I tested both chat and follow events because those are the two easiest to trigger for me and I have not received either from Kick for hours today. There does seem to be something wrong still. I am not sure if this affects every application, or only some applications, but I have seen other users in the community developer discord channel encountering the same issue.

The issue appears to be resolved for me now, though I'm not 100% sure why. One thing I did just before webhooks started working was unsubscribe from all events and resubscribe. So it's possible that the subscriptions were in some kind of bad state on Kick's side and needed to be recreated. Or it could simply be a coincidence and the issue was already corrected by Kick. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is stuck not receiving any webhook events.

I'm having issues with livestream.status.updated event, the webhooks doesn't seem to be calling me endpoint at all and I've double and triple checked my set up and it seems ok to me. I can successfully subscribe to the event but my app is not getting any requests from kick delivered at all
