Description

Currently the Pip packages of the Khiops Python library are published as .tar.gz files included in the GitHub releases of the library.

The goal of this issue is to consider publishing these packages on PyPI, thusly facilitating their installation.

To test PyPI there is a test repository: https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/using-testpypi/
