Im somewhat interested in playing around with swift, and would love to give the SDL_GPU api a go while im at it

Thanks for your interest in SwiftSDL. Yes! I intend to make the SDL_GPU API more Swifty. I'll do my best to have some of it added in the next couple weeks.
