No indication of pending updates for Sync locked profiles

When a profile is sync locked there is no indication that lets the user know that there is a new update of the profile. They have to click a button that says "Up to date" and then click "Refresh" and then click "Pull updates"

They are not likely to know that there is an update if the button says "Up to date"

Ideally the "Up to date" button would change to "New Updates" and turn yellow instead of green, or something like that so that.

That way the user knows they need to take action to sync their profile to the latest version.

This should already work: Gale establishes a live connection to the server the first time you switch to a synced profile. However I know that system has some issues and doesn't always work. What should always work is switching to another profile and back, if that doesn't prompt the warning then something's wrong (this is also mentioned in the wiki page).
