Separate type of quasar from it's targeted use for aliasing quasars #36

Proposed solution:
In addition to the qType field on each quasar, there should be a qTarget field to allow 'aliasing' of quasars that use the same code but are intended to be used in different locales.

What's happening:
qType is the name and outputted intent of the quasar itself and does not accurately describe the intended use of the output.

What I expect to happen:
Adding another field to describe the intended use of the output allows us to follow better conventions on output and to separate the UI for what vs where.
