📘 Description

Create a comprehensive collection of practical examples demonstrating the use of our implemented Date Utility. These examples should showcase real-world use cases and practical applications of each method available in the library.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• Create an utility_examples/date_utility folder inside scripts folder and there create a scarb project as the other scripts to add examples.
• Include examples for each Date Utility method.
• Include detailed documentation for each example.
• Ensure all examples are executable and have tests.
