adorn:caution_blank missing

Note: our server admin will not be updating the version of minecraft, so I understand this may be addressed in future versions of Adorn.

Adorn Version 1.21.1,
Server Version: 1.21.1
Fabric API loader.

The crafting recipes for all of the caution signs are available, but they all contain the "blank" base, which does not appear to have a recipe. I am not sure if this is intentional or not! Just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Thanks for the report. I missed the recipe for the blank caution signs when backporting the signs to 1.21.1 from the 1.21.10 development branch.
