how to get the .npz file？

i give up it but ithink you can solve it by this follow：
in list files a tools.py can get the label and directory of dataset.
the directory is lists/lists_Synapse/tool.py
first you should 先将dcm文件转化成png，在使用文件中的tonpz.py文件转化成.npz and then put them into data file。
second you should use tools.py to get label
