Figure out what's up with mint.

Mint acts strangely, it only seems to work when using http instead of https for some reason, even though the regex should apply to both.

Also need to figure out what page the affiliate id can be applied on directly, to narrow the scope of the URL matching. Total guess would be the signup page URL, but can't test that until the first issue is figured out.
