Header, Nav, Footer

Header will display logo and users thumbnail on the far right.  When clicked it will prompt user to sign out.
Nav Bar will be attached to the left, veritcally with links for the News Feed, Library, Tourneys, Update the Users Profile, and Adding a Venue.
The Footer will hold social media links, GitHub, and relevant copyright information.
