User can edit ingredient quantity

**Given** a user is in the ingredient category page
**When** the user interacts with "edit" button
**Then** the user will be brought to an edit form with the quantity amount field open to edit
**When** user inputs a new amount and submits
**Then** the quantity for said ingredient will be updated
**Then** user will be brought back to the pantry page
