User can create and add a new ingredient #2
Description
Given a user is viewing their pantry of ingredients
When the user interacts with button Add to Pantry
Then the user will be brought to an add ingredient form.
When the user fills out the form with the name of an ingredient along with how many ounces they have and picked the category the ingredient belongs to with a dropdown menu and submit the ingredient will be added to the pantry's "stocked" ingredients
Then the user will be returned to the main pantry menu
