[Gamepad UI] White rectangle covering 1/3 screen.

As of b527cec when Gamepad UI is enabled, a white rectangle is covering 1/3 of the screen horizontally.

Don't know if it helps much but i used the Intel GPA to try and see why it's always doing that.
Apparently hiding it shows the original 1187 menu underneath.
