Implement functionality to permanently remove malicious files from the system, with appropriate safeguards.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Quarantined files can be permanently deleted by ID
- Files can be directly removed from the filesystem by path
- Confirmation prompt provides protection against accidental deletion
- Force flag allows scripted/automated removal
- Error handling properly covers common scenarios
- Implementation works correctly across all target platforms
- Detailed information is shown about the file before removal
- Appropriate warnings are provided about the permanent nature of deletion
