Per-equipment-type item listing

The current DB is pretty huge, and just listing all the equipment items might be a bit unwieldy.

Perhaps from the equipment type list page, it may be possible to put a link to view a table of the items of each type.

Suggest implementing this as a GET param to the existing equipment list page, could also be used for a dropdown on that page
