Command Palette triggers twice on single Ctrl+K press and remains

Describe the bug

On the documentation page, pressing Ctrl+K once triggers the Command Palette twice (nested dialogues). Closing the top-most dialogue leaves the first one stuck and unresponsive to the Escape key or outside clicks.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Command Palette documentation page.
2. Press Ctrl+K exactly once.
3. Observe two command palettes opening.
4. Close the top one.
5. Try to close the original one (it stays stuck).

Additional information

Expected behavior
Only one command palette should open per trigger, and it should close properly via the Escape key or backdrop click.
