CMS 5.0 beta: Product attributes unable to retain a stored Zero value for VAT & Weight

Scenario:
For the attributes VAT & Weight located within the Product fields for e-commerce, the user can enter Zero 0 for VAT & weight however the value is not retained after saving.

Problem: On editing the product the user has to re-enter a value for VAT & Weight to be able to continue, which makes editing products more time consuming and frustrating.

Resolution: Ensure a 0 value is retained.
