ProjectPasskeys: Casa panel update

• Replace "Register touchID" with "Manage passkeys"
• Move Passkeys to the top, and "Security Keys" bellow
• Add option to move security keys to "Advance" section.
• Add auto-name propagation (Security-key - Attestation), (Passkeys - UserAgent)
• Add hybrid(CabLE) registration button.
• Update language (
