For people not well versed in Issuers, etc, I suggest adding a description to the fields on the dialog.

Here's my guess:
Issuer: The Jans issuer, usually the hostname of the machine running Jans, and can be found via TUI at ConfigAPI->Main
Client Expiry Date: A date indicating how long this client should be valid/available
Scope: Should match the attributes (e.g. openid) you defined on your agama flow
