agama error logs?

was working through the first tutorial, saved my flow file (which generated code ok), and got an error about not being able to save, and 'try later'.....tried it later and many times....then made the mistake of hitting the back button and it went back to the project, and of course now the flow file is empty.
Is there somewhere to get info about the save failure? (is this documented that I'm not seeing)
