Thanks a lot for the fix. I have confirmed it works on 1.12. I am working on releasing a new version that requires Julia 1.10 or above and I'll incorporate this fix there. |

Fix: use Base.Redirectable instead of Base.SpawnIO due to change in _spawn function arguments
